Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a LAP (Loan Against Property) Relationship Manager located in Indore. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets specific to the Loan Against Property product. Daily tasks involve evaluating customer needs, proposing appropriate loan solutions, handling documentation, and ensuring timely processing of loans while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and compliance with bank policies will also be critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of Loan Against Property products, financial analysis, and credit assessment
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using banking software tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is an advantage
- Local market knowledge and expertise in handling property-related loans
