Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Associate located in Vijay Nagar. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and providing expert advice on the best property investment opportunities. The role also involves market research, property showings, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and transparent real estate experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Leases
- Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and support clients in decision-making
- Proficiency in negotiation and client relationship management
- Bachelor's or 12th
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous
