Role Overview
We are seeking a Landscape Architect who is passionate about design, technically strong, and eager to work on large-scale, high-impact landscape projects. You will be involved from concept development to GFC drawings and on-site execution, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to landscape design development from concept to GFC stages
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, MEP/structural consultants, and vendors
- Prepare detailed landscape construction drawings, BOQs, tender documentation, and cost estimates
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders
- Oversee and support construction phases, ensuring design intent is executed accurately
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, creative studio culture
Qualifications & Experience
- M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 13 years of relevant experience OR
- B.Arch with 15 years of experience in Landscape Design
- Strong experience in large-scale landscape projects is preferred
Technical & Software Skills
- Proficiency in Landscape Construction Drawings, BOQs & Tender Documentation
- Hands-on experience with:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- D5 Render (or similar visualization tools)
