Qualifications:

• M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-3 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-5 years of experience in Landscape Design.
• Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
• Software skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
• Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
• Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work Details:

• Location: ECC Road, Whitefield, Bengaluru - 560066
• Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 5 days a week
• Benefits: Compensatory leave for if overtime
