Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, detailed layouts, and technical documentation and coordination
- Prepare comprehensive landscape deliverables, including masterplans, planting plans, hardscape detailing, sections, and construction packages under supervision of senior landscape architects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (planning, architecture, sustainability, heritage, and infrastructure) to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
- Contribute to design presentations, client reports, and tender documents.
- Support projects from concept to implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.
- Collaborate with UK-based project teams to adapt global design approaches to local regulations, climate, and materials.
Profile/Skills:
- Master's degree in landscape architecture following a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 45 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, ideally including exposure to UK or international design practices.
- Strong technical proficiency in:
- AutoCAD and Revit for detailed drawing production
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for graphic representation
- iSpatial or similar for digital coordination and geographic data management
- MS Office for documentation and reports
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and demonstrate a strong sense of design responsibility.
