Job Description
Role: Landscape Architect
Exp Required: 3+ Years
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect with 3+ years of professional experience and hands-on expertise in Revit to support the design and development of landscape projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design documentation, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality landscape solutions from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop landscape designs from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages using Revit
- Prepare 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, grading plans, and details
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams
- Produce BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings
- Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices
- Ensure drawings comply with local bylaws, codes, and client requirements
- Participate in design reviews and client presentations
- Support site coordination and respond to execution-stage queries
- Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of:
- Hardscape & softscape design
- Planting design and material selection
- Levels, grading, and drainage concepts
- Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and design quality
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale or mixed-use projects
- Knowledge of local plant species and site conditions
- Exposure to sustainable landscape practices (rainwater harvesting, native landscaping, green infrastructure)
- Basic knowledge of cost estimation and tender drawings
