Job Summary
We are looking for a experienced Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design & client engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer requirements & technical solutions, ensuring high-quality proposals & successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Design and propose customized solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare technical proposals for Passive and Active networking, Prepare BOQs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with OEMs such as such as Commscop, Pandit /vendors for solution alignment and pricing.
- Provide pre-sales support during client meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery/implementation team.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom/IT or related field).
- 3–4 years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering.
- Strong understanding of networking, or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create technical documentation and proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling enterprise clients is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of networking protocols, security solutions
- Familiarity with OEM products and solutions.
- Certifications (if any) will be an added advantage- CCNA, CCNP
