Role Overview
We are looking for a Site Engineer Landscape to execute and monitor softscape and hardscape works at site. The role involves coordination with landscape contractors, ensuring quality, drawings compliance, and timely completion of landscape works.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute landscape works as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Supervise hardscape works such as paving, kerbs, walkways, planters, pergolas, boundary works, water features, and street furniture.
- Supervise softscape works including planting, turfing, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and tree transplantation.
- Coordinate with landscape consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure quality control and workmanship as per project standards.
- Plan daily activities and monitor progress as per schedule.
- Check and certify measurements and bills of landscape contractors.
- Ensure proper maintenance period activities (watering, fertilizing, replacement of plants).
- Maintain site records, drawings, and progress reports.
- Ensure safety compliance during landscape execution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience in landscape execution (softscape & hardscape).
- Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and BOQs.
- Coordination experience with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of materials, plants, irrigation systems, and finishes.

- MS Excel

- AutoCAD (basic preferred)

- Experience in large residential townships, commercial campuses, or infrastructure projects
- Good coordination and site management skills
- Eye for finish and detailing
