Role Requirements:

* 2+ years of professional experience in architecture or landscape design

* Strong interest in landscape design and outdoor space development

* Good communication skills with the ability to confidently handle client interactions

* Interest in sales and customer engagement is essential

* Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical, aesthetic solutions

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead client discussions and understand project requirements

* Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations

* Coordinate with internal teams for execution and delivery

* Engage with prospective clients, explain design solutions, and support conversions

* Assist in proposal discussions, costing alignment, and closing projects
