About the Role:

This is a high-intensity, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by outcomes. You will be directly responsible for driving day-to-day revenue across online degree programs by working closely with inside sales and marketing teams. This is not a strategy-only role, you will be expected to get into the trenches, solve for daily numbers, and push teams to deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets with complete accountability for delivery.
  • Drive inside sales teams on a day-to-day basis to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion and productivity.
  • Design and manage incentive structures for inside sales to maximize performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Drive marketing teams to launch, test, and scale new initiatives aligned to revenue goals.
  • Monitor and improve marketing channel performance with a sharp focus on CAC, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Build and optimize pricing and discounting constructs to improve conversion and revenue realization.
  • Identify funnel gaps across marketing and sales, and drive rapid interventions to unblock revenue.
  • Establish strong execution cadences (daily reviews, dashboards, performance tracking) to ensure discipline and speed.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve for bottlenecks quickly and effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of experience in consumer internet or edtech with a strong execution track record.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 institute (IITs/IIMs preferred).
  • Proven experience in driving revenue through inside sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and high-ticket sales funnels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales incentives and driving team performance.
  • High ownership, strong bias for action, and ability to operate at speed under pressure.
  • Comfortable in high-intensity environments with sharp focus on outcomes.

What Makes This Role Different

  • High intensity, high reward: steep learning curve, fast growth, and strong performance-linked upside.
  • Direct ownership of revenue with high visibility to leadership.
  • Opportunity to operate at scale in a fast-growing edtech business.
