Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lab Technician Intern who is detail-oriented and interested in laboratory processes, testing procedures, and technical documentation. This role offers foundational exposure to lab workflows, quality control practices, and accurate data recording.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in conducting basic laboratory tests and procedures as per guidelines

* Prepare, label, and organize samples, materials, and equipment

* Record observations and maintain accurate laboratory documentation

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

* Support calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of lab equipment

* Assist in preparing reports and maintaining lab records

* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance in the work environment

* Adhere to quality standards and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Medical Lab Technology, or related field)

* Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety practices

* Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording

* Good organizational and documentation skills

* Ability to follow instructions and standard protocols

* Ability to work independently in a remote setup (for documentation/training components)

Preferred Skills:

* Exposure to laboratory work through academic projects or training

* Basic knowledge of lab instruments and equipment

* Understanding of quality control and compliance standards

* Experience with documentation or reporting tasks
