Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain LAN / WAN / WLAN infrastructure across multiple vendors
- Perform network hardware & software upgrades, firmware vulnerability detection, and upgrade planning
- Use tools like Cisco Total Care, Rapid7, SolarWinds NCM for monitoring and compliance
- Configure and troubleshoot Switching technologies:
- VLAN, Private VLAN, VTP v3
- STP / PVSTP / RSTP / MST
- EtherChannel, UDLD, SPAN / RSPAN
- DHCP, DHCP Snooping, DAI, IP Source Guard
- HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
- Port Security, Storm Control, SNMP, NTP
- AAA, Dot1x, MAB, Switch Stack
- Configure and troubleshoot Routing technologies:
- Static routing, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
- Route Redistribution, Summarization
- Route-maps, Prefix-lists, ACLs
- NetFlow, IP SLA, VRF
- Configure and manage Firewall & Security:
- FortiGate / Cisco ASA / Cisco FTD
- IPsec, GRE, NAT, PAT
- Access Control Policies, Prefilter Policies
- Intrusion, Malware, File & SSL Inspection
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco SDA & LAN segmentation
- Cisco Wireless Access Points & Controllers
- Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass
- Meraki Wireless
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network environments
- Strong L3 troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with Cisco & Fortinet technologies
- Good knowledge of Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security
- Experience working in large-scale / production networks
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
