Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 Production/Application Support for enterprise applications.
  • Administer Linux servers with moderate-level expertise.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application and server issues.
  • Use APM tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog for monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Work in a 24*7 production support environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.
