About the Role
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Support Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based technologies and hands-on experience in Level 2 production support. The role involves troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring application stability across cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in shift-based and on-call support models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Analyze application logs using Log4j and Splunk to identify issues and anomalies.
- Debug application issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.
- Ensure application stability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution.
- Support applications deployed on AWS and OpenShift cloud platforms.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application environments.
- Use application monitoring tools to track performance and detect issues early.
- Provide on-call and shift-based support, including weekends, as required.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve production incidents and implement fixes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL, and BAMOE.
- Proven experience in Level 2 production support for Java-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with log analysis and debugging using Log4j and Splunk.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and OpenShift.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and application monitoring tools.
- Ability to perform effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document findings.
- Willingness to work in on-call and shift-based support schedules.

- Prior experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
