Job Description

  • Managing incident and support requests from units
  • Coordinate with support partner and internal team for request resolution
  • IT assistance and Communication to functional team member for managing day-to-day operational issues
  • Resolve L1/L2 support issues from end users
  • Contribute to roll-out of new implementation & enhancements

  • Ability to think technically and analytically is required
  • Effective and efficient written and oral communication with internal and external contacts is required.
  • Ability to work well with a team is required

Areas of Responsibility

  • L1 support for Oracle Fusion Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets)
  • Managing communication with end users
  • Testing & analysis for newer enhancements
  • Service delivery for any support/incident request

Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, B.E./B.Tech/MCA, MIS, or equivalent degree is required, although will consider experience and certifications in lieu of degree. B.Com Grad with relevant technical support experience can also be considered.
  • At least 2+ years of Support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials preferably
  • Relevant technical certification like ITIL is preferred
