Incident and Support Management: Manage incident and support requests from various units.
Coordination: Coordinate with support partners and internal teams to resolve requests.
IT Assistance & Communication: Provide IT assistance and communicate with functional team members to manage day-to-day operational issues.
L1/L2 Support: Resolve L1/L2 support issues for end users.
New Implementations: Contribute to the roll-out of new implementations and enhancements.

Areas of Responsibility
Oracle Fusion Financials Support: Provide L1 support for Oracle Fusion Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets).
End-User Communication: Manage communication with end users.
Testing & Analysis: Perform testing and analysis for newer enhancements.
Service Delivery: Ensure service delivery for any support or incident requests.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, B.E./B.Tech/MCA, MIS, or an equivalent degree is required. Relevant experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. A B.Com graduate with relevant technical support experience can also be considered.
Experience: At least 2+ years of support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials is preferred.
Certifications: Relevant technical certifications like ITIL are preferred
