Job Summary
We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves handling user issues, basic troubleshooting, and escalating complex incidents while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to tickets, emails, and calls within SLA
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues (OS, applications, connectivity)
- Log and track incidents using ticketing tools
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
- Assist in user account management and access requests
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and desktop support
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in shifts
