Technical/ Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of automotive IC engine components and system, function of parts and basic design requirement like:- Air intake system, Exhaust System, Crankshaft, Piston and Cylinder block, Transmission System, Cylinder head and Valve train, Cooling system
- Hands-on experience in Engine lay-outing
- Understanding of manufacturing processes: Casting, forging, machining, hobbing, shaping, honing, grinding, spline rolling, heat treatment, etc.
- Familiarity with Engine parts quality standards and material selection.
- Exposure to NVH, durability testing, and validation result
