Senior Interior Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer, based in the Pune District. The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects that balance functionality and artistic design. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, developing design concepts and layouts, selecting materials, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Strong skills in CAD software, 3D modeling tools, and rendering programs
• Proven ability to develop creative design concepts and layouts
• Experience in material selection, furniture design, and creating mood boards
• Strong project management, budget planning, and client communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior design team members
• Understanding of local construction practices and regulations
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
