Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Pipe Bending Machine Programmer and Development professional, located in the Pune Division. The role involves programming and operating CNC pipe bending machines, creating and interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision machining. Daily responsibilities include developing optimized machining processes, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming, including setup, operation, and optimization
- Knowledge and experience in Technical Drawing and drafting skills
- Expertise in Machining and Milling operations
- Experience in Programming for machine operation and process development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant experience in mechanical or industrial engineering, with familiarity in pipe bending processes
- An engineering degree or equivalent technical qualifications in a related field is preferred
