Job Description

Strategy:

  • Collaborate with diverse HR and business stakeholders to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Balance operational excellence, cost efficiency, risk management, and employee experience within HR Knowledge Management.
  • Develop proposals and solutions to improve knowledge articles, ensuring they are engaging, useful, accurate, and enable self-service for employees and managers.
  • Keep up to date with external practices and maintain an external network to bring relevant external practices into the Group.

Business:

  • Manage conflicts between stakeholder expectations, cost constraints, employee experience, and HR best practices when designing solutions across multiple workstreams.
  • Understand the risks, business imperatives, and context that impact decision-making and Knowledge Management. Provide solution options and recommendations.
  • Present clear options and recommendations to facilitate decision-making, ensuring stakeholders understand risks, outcomes, and trade-offs.

Processes:

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimize scalability, adoption, and employee experience.
  • Identify and track efficiency measures to reduce risk.
  • Develop and implement solutions for the HR portal, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational business requirements.

People & Talent:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-reliance.
  • Foster teamwork and cooperation by understanding the needs of team members and ensuring alignment across teams.

Risk Management:

  • Ensure that Knowledge Management services manage operational risks in compliance with internal policies, external laws, and regulations at a global level.
  • Proactively minimize operational loss and audit failures, taking remedial actions and identifying forward-looking risks.
  • Embed the Group's values and code of conduct across the team and the wider function.
  • Ensure that risk management issues are addressed promptly and reported to appropriate Risk Committees.

Governance:

  • Focus on financial and delivery governance to ensure execution aligns with the bank's risk tolerance.
  • Possess strong project and programme management skills to integrate content solutions and ensure effective delivery.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and expectations are understood and adhered to while executing projects.
  • Take responsibility for delivering effective governance and work cooperatively with local regulators.

Regulatory & Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct, adhering to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines while addressing and mitigating risks in collaboration with stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Data Science: Expertise in managing and utilizing data to drive decision-making.
  • Writing Skills: Strong ability to develop clear, concise, and impactful written content.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic technical tools and systems in Knowledge Management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/MA in English is preferred.
  • Training: ServiceNow training is preferred to manage knowledge management systems effectively.
