- Present clear options and recommendations to facilitate decision-making, ensuring stakeholders understand risks, outcomes, and trade-offs.

- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimize scalability, adoption, and employee experience.
- Identify and track efficiency measures to reduce risk.
- Develop and implement solutions for the HR portal, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational business requirements.

- Foster teamwork and cooperation by understanding the needs of team members and ensuring alignment across teams.
Risk Management:
- Ensure that Knowledge Management services manage operational risks in compliance with internal policies, external laws, and regulations at a global level.
- Proactively minimize operational loss and audit failures, taking remedial actions and identifying forward-looking risks.
- Embed the Group's values and code of conduct across the team and the wider function.
- Ensure that risk management issues are addressed promptly and reported to appropriate Risk Committees.

Qualifications:
- Education: BA/MA in English is preferred.
- Training: ServiceNow training is preferred to manage knowledge management systems effectively.
