Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Staff position based in BANGALORE / KOCHI & CHENNAI.

The Kitchen Staff will be involved in daily food preparation and cooking, and will ensure that all meals meet quality and taste standards.

Additional responsibilities include adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management. Collaborating with team members and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking with attention to presentation and quality
  • Knowledge of Hygiene standards and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions effectively
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
  • Previous experience in kitchen operations or culinary fields is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
