Kindergarten Incharge
Minimum Experience: 5 Years
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Incharge who is passionate about early childhood education and capable of leading a team of teachers while ensuring a nurturing, safe and engaging learning environment for young learners. The candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage academic and administrative responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee syllabus coverage across all subjects on a regular basis
- Ensure timely delivery of homework schedules and monitor submission rates
- Verify prompt completion of corrections for homework, classwork, and assessments
- Maintain and update student feedback records systematically
- Ensure student attendance records are updated accurately every month
- Collect and submit student information forms to the administration office
- Facilitate distribution of books and learning materials to new students
- Monitor and ensure timely response to parent queries by teachers
- Ensure teacher punctuality for all scheduled classes
- Arrange substitutions during teacher absences
- Mentor teachers to maintain high instructional standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance
- Encourage teacher participation in training and development programs
- Monitor student discipline, uniforms, and hygiene
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of classrooms
- Oversee maintenance of school premises and report repair needs
Required Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to handle parent interactions effectively
- Passion for working with young children
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education
- Montessori / Kindergarten Training Certification (preferred)
- Relevant teaching and coordination experience in a school setting
