Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Acquisition:

  • Primarily responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth for the company within the service industry.
  • This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs.

Complete Business Cycle Management:

Manage the entire business development lifecycle, which includes:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively create and identify new business leads through various channels.
  • Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Concept Selling: Demonstrate a strong ability to sell complex concepts and solutions rather than just products.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Closing Deals: Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and client loyalty.

Communication Excellence:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for impactful presentations, clear proposals, and effective client interactions.

Corporate Relationships (Added Benefit):

  • Leverage existing corporate relationships, particularly within HR or Admin departments, to identify and convert new business opportunities.
