Description
Were looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional programs in the Physical AI space, with a strong focus on ego-centric video systems (first-person perception).
This Role Sits At The Intersection Of
- AI/ML (vision + multimodal models)
- Robotics / real-world systems
- Product & engineering execution
You will drive end-to-end delivery of systems that understand and act on real-world visual input from data collection to model deployment.
What Youll Own
- Lead execution of end-to-end Physical AI programs involving :
- Ego-centric video pipelines (wearables, AR/VR, robotics)
- Real-time perception systems
- Drive alignment across :
- ML Engineers
- Computer Vision teams
- Data annotation teams
- Product & hardware teams
- Define and track :
- Program roadmap
- Milestones, dependencies, risks
- Model performance metrics (accuracy, latency, reliability)
- Own data strategy for ego-centric systems :
- Data collection (first-person video)
- Annotation workflows
- Dataset quality & scale
- Partner with engineering to :
- Translate research - production systems
- Ensure scalability & deployment readiness
- Identify bottlenecks in :
- Model training pipelines
- Data pipelines
- Real-time inference systems
Must-Have
- 3 to 7 years in Technical Program Management / Engineering Program Management
- Strong exposure to :
- Computer Vision systems
- AI/ML product development lifecycle
- Experience working with :
- Video-based ML systems
- Real-time or near real-time systems
- Strongly Preferred (This is where you differentiate) :
- Hands-on experience with ego-centric video systems
- First-person datasets (wearables, AR/VR, robotics)
- Familiarity with :
- Egocentric Vision
- Simultaneous Localization and Mapping
- Visual Odometry
