Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Debezium-based CDC pipelines to replace legacy systems such as Oracle GoldenGate.
Implement RedPanda-based streaming pipelines, replacing existing StreamSets ingestion flows.
Support multiple data ingestion patterns including real-time and streaming pipelines.
Configure and manage topics, partitions, and schemas in streaming platforms.
Work with serialization formats such as Avro and Protobuf for efficient data exchange.
Align implementations with organizational capacity planning and architectural standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions.
