Role Summary

  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible for managing and developing wealth partnerships to generate life insurance (LI) business.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive consistent growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and account management strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and recommend strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans and tactical initiatives.

Organizational Relationships

  • Reports To: Vice President
  • Supervises: Individual Contributor Role

Job Dimensions

  • Geographic Area Covered: PAN India
  • Internal Stakeholders: Sales Distribution Teams, Marketing, Accounts, Product, CPC, Operations
  • External Stakeholders: Wealth Partnerships

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain zero escalation policy through strong partner engagement.
  • Ensure top-of-mind recall and business commitment from partners.

  • 100% adherence to internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards.

4. MIS & Market Intelligence

  • Provide timely market insights including wallet share data of partnerships.
  • Offer feedback for product and business strategy alignment.
