Job Description

1. Responsible for ensuring that relationship with the entire set of named customers / prospects is measured, managed, and developed positively over time.

2. Responsible to identify new prospects and grow them into new customers in the geographic zone.

Be able to deeply assess and understand customer needs and create customized solutions through an effectively articulated value proposition statement enabling customer's business improvement.

Responsible for business from the entire set of defined customer accounts across India.

Customer Strategy and Account Planning

Customer Commercial Management

Customer Assessment and Feedback Management

Customer Relationship Management

Customer Marketing and Sales Support

People and Partner Management

Should have experience in generating above 2 crores INR revenue per annum from each strategic account.

15+ years successful sales experience and a proven track record of driving business for consulting /Advisory/ Value selling solutions. `10+ years experience out of overall experience in IT Education / Training sales to B2B clients

Preferably - MBA

Dealing with VUCA issues and having a problem-solving mind-set.

Proven new business development skills within an industry

Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives from start to finish

Be able to work in a matrixed environment .

Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible value to the marketplace

Experience in developing profiles of targeted accounts within the industry sector

Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns

Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including team management skills

Experience in managing a team of managers ( regional) across India/ domestic markets

Ability to track and understand competitive activity relevant to industry sector

Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload

Customer Satisfaction measurement and management

Strong executive selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships
