Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, creating customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve reporting sales performance, market analysis, and contributing to sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Key Accounts
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Account Management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
