Required Position: Key Accounts Manager

Position Reports to: Head - ECommerce

Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.

Job Description-

  1. Planning and developing portal strategies.
  2. Maintain inventory by DOC with SKU level inventory; observing inventory levels of portals; prompting dark store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
  3. Analyse sales figures, driving secondary sales and market trends to anticipate new product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
  4. Forecast sales, focus on monthly reconciliation and collections.
  5. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, Brand fund and maintain CSP on all platforms.
  6. Driving new SKU roll outs and launching its merchandise planning and execution. Analyzing the merchandise gaps and bridging the same.
  7. Executing the event sales and in stock planning and placement to maximize dark stores for sales, ensuring action on slow movers, laggards, top sellers etc.
  8. Build constructive portal relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Candidate Profile

  • Academic Qualification: MBA

Skills preferred:

  • Ecommerce knowledge, Category management
  • Experience: 6 to 8 years

Skill Sets:

  • Up to date with the latest Qcom trends and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
