About Wishlink

Wishlink is on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. We're all about providing every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want, in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold. We are shaping a new era at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet- e-commerce and social media.

Team and Investors

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum, and Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 300cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 300+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing

  • Key Account Management – Manage and grow relationships with priority partners and strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on goals, tracking performance metrics, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and revenue
  • Cross-Functional Projects – Drive initiatives to remove inter-departmental bottlenecks and establish smooth processes.
  • Central Control Tower – Act as the single point of coordination to track, monitor, and report progress across all ongoing activities.
  • Operations Rehaul & Monitoring – Redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Revenue Innovation – Experiment with new initiatives and operating models to unlock additional revenue channels.

What are we looking for

  • 1.5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data tracking, performance analysis, and deriving actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage and influence brand partners
  • Experience working with D2C brands; exposure to the beauty/personal care space is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple brand accounts, drive growth, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability
  • Management will be preferred.)
