Role Description

Upturnly (A Unit of VA-Biz Solutions) is expanding its footprint in the real estate sector. We help developers and realtors scale by generating qualified leads, site visits, and booked meetings. We are looking for a Key Account Manager who understands the real estate ecosystem and can drive consistent revenue through high-ticket closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent revenue by achieving ₹10L+ in monthly deal closures
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to closing high-value deals
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and position tailored solutions
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals that drive decision-making
  • Consistently close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and delivery teams to improve conversions
  • Create proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral to support deal closures
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights
  • Continuously improve sales processes, messaging, and conversion strategies
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and business interactions

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3–4 years in housing or corporate loans, Real Estate sales, or B2B financial services.

  • Proven Track Record: Experience closing deals with ₹1,00,000+ ticket sizes and generating 8-10L monthly revenue.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on achieving targets

  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders and investors.

  • Experience in outbound sales or SDR management in the past is a bonus

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
