We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Institutional Business professional to drive growth across government and corporate healthcare segments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in institutional sales, tender management, and key account handling within Pharma/Medical Devices/Healthcare industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute institutional business strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment across government & corporate hospitals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, prescribers, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth order execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and institutional opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in institutional sales / key account management
- Strong exposure to tendering, government business, and corporate hospitals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle large accounts
- Strong analytical and business planning skills
- Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare industry preferred
