Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will oversee the management and growth of key business accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions. Primary responsibilities include developing business plans, analyzing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering superior customer service to drive account success and business revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities.
- Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field preferred.
- Experience in IT solutions and services or related industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
