Story Digital - JD: Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Briefing & Knowledge Transfer:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Provide clear and detailed client briefs to internal teams, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate the transfer of critical brand information, including downloads and knowledge sharing, to ensure all stakeholders have the required context.
- Project & Task Management:
- Oversee the daily and weekly pipeline of tasks and projects to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery with internal teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to assign, prioritise, and track work, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Content Framework Development:
- Develop and maintain a structured content framework that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.
- Ensure content consistency across all communication channels.
- Deliverables Tracking & Reporting:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to ensure all commitments are being met on schedule.
- Manage monthly reporting, gather key performance data, and share critical insights with clients for continued campaign improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Should know how to operate/work on Slides, Sheet, Document
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong understanding of deliverables tracking, brand strategy and content management.
- Experience in client relationship management and knowledge transfer processes.
- Should be well-skilled in client coordination and communication and should be able to speak on calls, messages, and emails.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or client servicing roles in a creative digital agency or similar environment.
