Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distributor and Anchor Service Manager based in New Delhi. The position involves managing relationships with key distributors and anchor clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, identifying and resolving issues, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies for service management. Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing timely updates will also be key tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in relationship management, client servicing, and distributor engagement
• Proficiency in supply chain processes, logistics coordination, and operational excellence
• Problem-solving skills, ability to proactively identify and resolve issues, and strong decision-making abilities
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a fintech, financial services, or retail distribution industry is preferred
• Understanding of financing, credit underwriting processes, and supply chain digitization is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, 5+ year experience ,Finance, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus
