Job Title: Key Account Manager Genset Sales (400 kVA & Above)

Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi

Experience: 6-7 years in Key Account Management / Project Sales / Major Accounts (Genset Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with strong expertise in high-capacity genset sales (400 kVA+). The role involves managing major accounts, driving strategic project-based sales, and delivering customized power solutions through close coordination with internal technical, service, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand key accounts in high-capacity genset sales.
  • Develop tailored power solutions and build strong relationships with consultants & decision-makers.
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, and long-term service agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery & post-sales support.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and maintain CRM reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

Relationship management, project sales expertise, negotiation, cross-functional coordination, CRM proficiency, strong communication, and a results-driven approach.

Qualification:

Engineering/Diploma preferred.
