We're looking for passionate sales professionals who can build strong networks, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across regions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow sales in the Emulsion and Powder Coating product lines within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both retail and institutional segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
- Manage existing key accounts, ensuring consistent business engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute territory sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain) for customer service excellence.
- Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in the Paints/Coatings industry
- Strong in Key Account or Territory Sales Management
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Willingness to travel and deliver results
