Join B2B Genie Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier of infrastructure raw materials, as we expand our Paints (Emulsion & Powder Coating) vertical!

We're looking for passionate sales professionals who can build strong networks, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across regions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow sales in the Emulsion and Powder Coating product lines within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both retail and institutional segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
  • Manage existing key accounts, ensuring consistent business engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and execute territory sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain) for customer service excellence.
  • Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and collection targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in the Paints/Coatings industry
  • Strong in Key Account or Territory Sales Management
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel and deliver results
