Job Description

We are looking for a senior Account Manager / Key Account Manager who can own large enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth, strategic relationships and campaign performance.

This role is not just operational account management — it requires someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities and work closely with clients to improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Own and manage large enterprise client accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with marketing, sales and leadership teams at client organizations

Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
  • Drive upsells, renewals and new campaign launches
  • Ensure accounts consistently meet MRR and outcome targets

Campaign Performance Oversight

  • Work with internal teams across marketing, AI operations and analytics
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs
  • Proactively identify and solve performance gaps or delivery risks

Client Success & Retention

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients
  • Translate campaign data into clear business insights
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate across product, marketing, operations and leadership
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly and client expectations are met

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in Account Management / Client Success / Key Accounts
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation or digital campaigns
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with data, dashboards and campaign performance metrics
  • Highly proactive with strong problem-solving ability
