Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Key Account Manager - Quick Commerce, located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The individual will oversee strategic account management, ensuring strong client relationships and business growth. Responsibilities include devising and executing Joint Business Plans, analyzing account performance, and managing key accounts to improve revenue and customer satisfaction. The role will require working closely with internal ops and product teams.

What You'll Do

  • Act as Key Account Manager for select Qcom accounts, owning the end-to-end relationship and outcomes.
  • Lead and guide a team of KAMs managing the other accounts.
  • Own channel-level metrics for all Qcom channels: Revenue, MoM Growth, Gross Margin, and CM2.
  • Drive new product launches on Qcom platforms with speed and precision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Category Managers, Ad account managers, and Ops managers in each account.
  • Oversee performance marketers at Gramiyaa who work on these channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure listings, availability, pricing, and promotions are optimized at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in Qcom, FMCG/D2C sales, or key account management.
  • Prior experience managing or working with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • A bias for action, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
