Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-centric Key Account Manager with at least 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience. This role will involve managing existing accounts, qualifying and progressing leads, ensuring consistent client engagement, and supporting sales execution in alignment with business goals.

This position is critical in strengthening client relationships and helping unlock revenue opportunities within our premium AV & technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned existing accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their business and needs
  • Qualify and nurture incoming sales leads; convert them into opportunities
  • Maintain regular client communication and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design) to ensure smooth execution of solutions and client expectations
  • Support upselling and cross-selling efforts to maximize account value
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation
  • Provide accurate reporting on account status, lead progression, and revenue contribution

Who Should Apply

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client servicing
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience handling sales pipelines, follow-up cycles, and CRM usage
  • Ability to balance multiple accounts and workflows with organization and urgency
  • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on consistent performance
