Key Skills
- Build and manage strong relationships with major clients.
- Plan and grow key accounts in B2B and Direct Sales of Mining Equipment.
- Focus on value selling to deliver customer-focused, long-term solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and negotiate effective deals.
- Ensure timely delivery of the right solutions and maintain client trust.
- Guide and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) for account tracking and management.
- Strong negotiation, adaptability, and communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open to travel across Eastern and Central India.
