Essential Functions

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology portfolio.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to drive growth.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders including oncologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key decision-makers.
  • Promote products effectively through scientific and value-based discussions.
  • Provide relevant scientific and commercial information to support brand adoption.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
  • Gather field insights and share actionable feedback with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with medical, marketing, and regulatory teams for effective execution of strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns, CMEs, and medical education initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and account expansion strategies.
  • Facilitate product access and coordinate with supply chain for smooth operations.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement models.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • MBA (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Prior experience in oncology segment preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts

Skills

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of oncology therapies and treatment protocols
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
