Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans and manage teams to drive business growth and achieve targets.
  • Build a strong culture of success and consistent goal achievement within the sales organization.
  • Define sales processes, optimize force structure, and manage high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Hire, train, and support sales staff to achieve individual and team objectives effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation mandatory with experience in sales, loyalty business, and similar roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage and review sales teams.
  • Capability to research, discover, and implement methods to enhance customer engagement.
  • Willingness to handle assigned territory for Oil and Gas sector with basic Excel knowledge preferred.
