Job Overview:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing, growing, and expanding relationships with a defined set of strategic customers and prospects across India. The role focuses on account planning, solution-based selling, and revenue growth through customized learning and consulting solutions. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term account stability. The position plays a critical role in strengthening StackRoute's enterprise footprint and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and create customized learning and consulting solutions with a clearly articulated value proposition.
Own end-to-end business responsibility for the assigned set of strategic customer accounts across India.
Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and converting new prospects within the defined geography.
Lead Customer Strategy and Account Planning, including growth plans, wallet share expansion, and long-term engagement roadmaps.
Manage customer commercial aspects including pricing, margins, contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
Drive customer assessment and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and high satisfaction levels.
Build and sustain strong CXO, HR, L&D, and Business Leader relationships within client organizations.
Support customer marketing initiatives, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
Track market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments relevant to the assigned sector.
