E-commerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue and margin from online sales, while also developing and maintaining business relationships with key customers.

The responsibilities are mentioned below:-

Sales and targets

Achieving revenue targets, conducting quarterly business reviews, and sharing sales reporting.

Marketing

Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies, working with marketing teams on social media campaigns, and preparing annual online marketing budgets.

Pricing

Evaluating and optimizing pricing strategies, and making business decisions about products and promotions.

Product management

Overseeing the product catalog, designing exclusive product ranges, and managing product promotions.

Customer service

Providing support to customers and vendors, managing and resolving issues, and addressing concerns.

Communication

Developing communication material for promotions, and managing client expectations through proactive communication.

Analysis

Analyzing brands performance, web traffic, and post-campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize investment.
