Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and key business customers.
  • Understand client requirements and align suitable technology/service solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain accurate updates in CRM/CVR systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure 100% compliance in CAF/customer documentation and payment collections.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in Telecom, ISP, Technology, or related service industries preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
