Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Client Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in Business Development and Relationship Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients/accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
- Drive business development initiatives within existing and new accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
- Track account performance and prepare MIS reports and presentations
Key Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Business Development / Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage clients and drive revenue growth
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
