Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

Location        : Gurugram

Experience    : 2–3 Years

Department  : Sales / Business Development

Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-driven Client Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in Business Development and Relationship Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients/accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
  • Drive business development initiatives within existing and new accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and delivery
  • Track account performance and prepare MIS reports and presentations

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Business Development / Client Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage clients and drive revenue growth
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
