Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, SLA compliance, and sustainable revenue growth. The role involves owning end-to-end relationships with key customers (F1, F2, F3 & F5), identifying growth opportunities, and driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives across services such as warehousing and solutions.
