Job Description

Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, SLA compliance, and sustainable revenue growth. The role involves owning end-to-end relationships with key customers (F1, F2, F3 & F5), identifying growth opportunities, and driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives across services such as warehousing and solutions.

Key Skills

  • Strong account management and client relationship skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, or technology-enabled solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously
  • Resolve client escalations promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
